Company Description:
The Theo company was founded by Wim Somers and Patrick Hoet, both friends and opticians, in 1987. Or was it in 1988? Who cares. More important is the fact that they did so, because they got bored with what was offered to them to sell in their stores. They launched Theo eyewear at once in their shops and at large on the market. In these pioneer times they were referred to as the crazy Belgians. Nowadays Theo employs over 30 people and is present in 52 countries worldwide.
